Admire this unusual strand of bone beads from Kenya. While Kenyan bone beads are common in a variety of shapes and styles, these beads come in a hard-to-find and unusual shape. East African bone beads are handcrafted by artisans using recycled cow bone. Each bead is individually carved and polished, and is truly one of a kind. These beads measure approximately 14-18 x 5-8mm, with a hole size of slightly larger than 1mm. Strands measure approximately 30", and have approximately 50 beads each. Two strands pictured. Each strand sold individually. These are a great find for any beader looking to do something truly unique with their work!
